My dog is sneezing with a raw, bleeding nose/mouth. What should I do?

My dog keeps sneezing and the soft part of his upper mouth under his nose is raw and bleeds... Can you tell me what to do. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | 65 lbs
