Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! While dogs can have food allergies, a peanut allergy is uncommon (and many dogs love peanut butter!). If it was in its shell, the shell doesn't digest, and can cause an issue in smaller dogs with a GI obstruction. Good luck!
