My old lab is vomiting, confused, and weak. Should I go to the vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | spayed | 39 lbs

12yr old black lab. Diabetic insulin bd. Arthritis-struggles mobility wise but usually gets on sofa unaided. Grade 2-3 soft tissue sarcoma. 3seizures in past year. Not quite completely blind. Occasional incontinence. Loves food, Weighs 39lb. Barks everything. Panty and waggy. Vomited all food yesterday. Prolonged episode of non responsiveness this evening and could not get up but was able to stand after being picked up ( with shaky legs). Not really interested in her dinner. Seems confused

Please take her to your veterinarian this sounds serious. Banjo has many issues and it would be hard to be sure which reason is causing her current issues. Hopefully with the correct treatment she will improve. They will examine her and check blood work, check her heart and breathing and may need to do X-rays to get a diagnosis.
