My dog's paw is swollen after lead cut circulation. What can I do?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 7 months and 18 days old | 35 lbs

My 8 month old female Rottie mix got her foot tangled in her lead while I was away today and it cut the circulation off in her front foot. We untangled her immediately and I have iced her paw and massaged it to aid in the swelling, what else can I do to help her as I am unable to get to the vet until Monday? She is walking on it normal now which she wasn't at first, but the swelling hasn't changed any...

Continue massaging the foot. It may take some time for swelling to decrease. I would try warm compressing it. Depending how long it was tangled she could potentially slough skin or tissue off her foot. Get her to the vet as soon as you can if there are areas of cold or ulcerated skin, she stops using it or is painful or not using her leg.
