Hi. My name is Emily Morton and my dog is 2 months old. He's stomach feels very tight but he also feels heavy so at first I thought it may be that he was gaining weight. He's very playful and doesn't act like he's in pain but his stomach just keeps getting tighter what could this be? Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 25 days old | 3 lbs
