Why is my dog's penis red, swollen, bumpy, and he's peeing inside?

My dog has been asleep and a lot of water has came out of his willy and it is red came out swollen and little bumps on it, he also has been weeing around the house for a while now and we didn't know why, could you tell me what this is? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 7 years and 4 months old | 2 lbs

Hi there and thank you for your post! With the symptoms you are describing, jack could have a urinary tract infection with the increased frequency of urination. The red bumps on his penis could be due to irritation or infection. I would get jack in to see your vet as soon as you can to have this looked at so he can receive the most appropriate treatment.
