It sounds as Rexi is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking him back to the vet the first chance you get, he will need to have a blood test done and possibly also an xray, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better. if it's something more serious, he should stay hospitalized ate the vet's.

Diaz is adorable and I'm sorry to hear that he isn't feeling well. Frequent vomiting - particularly now that there is also blood - is concerning in a young puppy. Possible causes of Diaz's vomiting and lethargy include parvovirus (less likely if he has been fully vaccinated), foreign body intestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal virus, toxin ingestion, among others. Diaz should be examined by a vet urgently because he may also have ulcers or erosions in in his stomach or esophagus, leading to the bloody vomit. Until you can get to the vet, try withholding food for 8-12 hours, then offer boiled white meat chicken and white rice as a bland diet. You can feed this for several days, then gradually mix in his normal diet over another 5-7 days. I hope that all goes well!
