My dog has small bumps, diarrhea, and is tired. What's wrong?

My dog is showing smallish sized bumps all over his body. Has diarrhea and seems tired a lot. What could be wrong? Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | neutered | 1 year and 7 months old | 60 lbs

This could be due to an allergic reaction to something he ate, maybe a new food , a treat or just something he snapped from the floor on the street. if it is bad you should take him to the vet to get it treated with allergy meds and possibly diarrhea meds as well.
