My cat is peeing blood and straining. Is it a urinary blockage?

Hi my cat has been peeing blood and is constanitly trying to urinate and can't and there is blood in his urine and his abdimon is hard something like a balloon I wanted to see what these syptoms are most likely to be

Poor Panbeh! It sounds like he has a bad urinary tract infection. This is very painful-like peeing razor blades. He could also have bladder stones or a urethral blockage. I recommend getting him to a vet ASAP to check his urine and get a radiograph of his bladder for stones. They can then start him on antibiotics and pain medications. Good luck and kisses to Panbeh!
