My dog has EPI and chronic soft stool. What diet or treatment helps?

I have a 4 yr. Old GSD who's pancreas stopped working a few months ago. She is receiving 3 tablets of Panakare plus mixed into 1/2 cup of Alpo gravy cravers with beef.. then added to her dry Purina beef and venison food twice daily. And 1 Cobalaquin B12 tablet daily. She will have 2-3 days of formed but soft stool. Then , as in now, 5-6 days of pancake batter poop. She was just treated with antibiotics a couple of weeks ago because of blood in her stool. Is there anything I can do for her. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 4 years and 4 months old | 69 lbs

I am sorry to hear Lilu has been dealing with this! It sounds like you have had a good work up and treatment so far. I would consider asking your vet to see if there is a lower fat diet that Lilu may benefit from, and also see if probiotics or further antiobiotic treatment can be of benefit. If a specialist is available, you can also ask if a referral is in order. I hope this helps and I am glad you are paying attention to her response!
