My wild pigeon has a swollen chest and green poop. What should I do?

Dear you A wild pigeon live in our yard, that is depressed and I think it needs help. In appearance, its chest is swollen. Also its dropping is watery and green. But he eats and fly well. Is it a disease? What can I do for him? Thank you very much

If he is able to fly and eat well I would not advise too much intervention. Perhaps the best thing you can do for him is provide a safe place he can rest and some bird sees appropriate for pigeons.
