My dog's wound is almost healed from home care. Any concerns?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 4 months old | 78.8 lbs

This was his wound that the beginning i treated him myself at home by cleaning the wound with salt water and applying sudocreme to it now it's almost completely healed with out the need for a vet he's been eating playing leaping jumping but is there anything that I should be concerned about? His wound is barely visible now I'll post before and after pics

Excellent care and outcome!! Congratulations! I do not think there should be anything else you would be concern about, as I barely see it on the second picture! Just make sure you continue to treat it until it is completely resolved.
