Pet's info: Dog | Australian Cattle Dog | Male | neutered | 1 year and 7 months old | 65 lbs
My 1.5 year old red heeler got 2 different shots, one injection and the other oral Tuesday August 15th. We noticed that he had started pooping yellow later on that night. He is totally acting normal other than the poops. We were advised to call the vet in the morning but having severe anxiety I needed some kind of answer of what it could be. He is my emotional support animal and I wouldn't know what to do if I lost him. Meds were bordellela and distemper. Help?!

It's highly unlikely to be related to the vaccination, he probably ate something either at home or outside that might be causing this. if he is his normal self otherwise then no reason to panic, if the yellow stools do not resolve then i would recommend taking Quinn to the vet to get it checked.
