My cat drank water and puked it up quickly. Should I be concerned?

So my cat just drank a good bit of water and puked the water back up in about two minutes. Should I be concerned? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 18 lbs

It could be that Lilly drank too much water and/or drank it too quickly, leading to her vomiting. If she isn't vomiting any further, I wouldn't be too concerned just yet but I would keep an eye on her. If she keeps vomiting water, starts vomiting food, stops eating, and/or becomes very lethargic, then I would be concerned and take her into the vet right away.
