My 11-week-old puppy has a white flat worm in his poop. What to do?

It sounds like Buddy has tapeworms based on your description of the worms, and the treatment for them (praziquantel) is available by prescription only from the vet. I would take Buddy into the vet in the morning so he can get medication to treat his worms. I recommend Drontal, it contains praziquantel and is an excellent dewormer. He will need a second dose of the praziquantel two weeks after the first to kill all the worms. He should then be dewormed every month until he is six months old, and dewormed every three months thereafter. I hope this helps!
