Help! My dog has crusty, dry, scaly skin on her paws. What can I do?

My 17 year old chihuahua had a shot of vetalog 3 weeks ago, and has been on orbax for 2 weeks. She received a shot of kenalog on Sunday. Now all four of her paws have crusty, dry, scaly skin. She's not licking or scratching, but what can I do to get her skin back to normal ?

I would try soaking her feet in an epsom salt bath twice daily to loosen the scales. Mix it in a tub and have her stand in the water for about 10 minutes. Make sure to dry her feet well after. Good luck and kisses to Chelsea!
