My dog's skin is oozing liquid. Is it a rash, infection, or allergy?

My daughter's dog has a break out on its about. It oozes liquid like poison by does on humans.

Oh my goodness, poor Gracey that looks uncomfortable! I am not sure what is going on base on the pictures but I would recommend she see a vet to have the area looked at. It is likely infected and need antibiotics. They may want to test the area for a fungal infection. I don't suspect it is poison ivy as dogs are not affected by it like some people are.
