Why does my dog have bumps on his back after playing outside?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 90 lbs

So i have a Boy pit he black and white but he a house dog but he does go outside for a few hours a day in the backyard One day he came back with this bumps on his back and i thought it was the shampoo i change that and still was there or it might be a allgeric recation I just wanna know what this could come from ?

Hi and thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! The lesions that you are seeing on JR's back could indeed be a reaction to a shampoo. However, it also looks to me that it could be a result of a bacterial infection, mite infection or even a flea allergy. The best thing to do would be to take JR to a veterinarian so that they can do a skin scrape and cytology to see what it going on. That way JR can be prescribed antibiotics or other medication if necessary.
