My dog is unresponsive, vomiting, and breathing slow. Is it serious?

Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 2 months old | 50 lbs

She was fine I took her out she disappeared for a moon we went in got ready and left she threw up not long after being in the car and has been very tired since then can't get her to wake up really just for a sec her breathing is slower than usual could this be sure to the heat or should I be worried she has eaten something

I would be very concerned about her when she is not rousable-she require urgent veterinary assessment. Please arrange an emergency appointment, i would be concerned about toxin exposure, heat stroke, severe infection or injury
