Hello from across the pond! Thanks for the picture you submitted but I'm afraid I only see a thumb int he photograph! Lumps and bumps on Daisy should be checked out by your veterinarian. They will take an aspirate sample of the lumps to see what it could be and if it is cause for concern. Sometimes these are benign and sometimes they are not. If they are freely moveable and are not red, inflamed, infected, or are radially growing or changing, I wouldn't worry too much, but I would make an appointment with your veterinarian to have them aspirated just to be sure.
