This is the first time I've owned a really small dog she came to us walking in our yard, family abandon the house and left her behind, I wanna know I can gather information on her using her rabies tag, also she's at the end of her heat, and hasn't been herself could she possibly be depressed? From these events or low on blood sugar? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 9 months old | 5 lbs
