Why is my dog lazy, not eating, and hasn't pooped in 2 days?

My 7 year old mastiff has been very lazy lately. Has not pooped in 2 days and is being very picky with what she eats. She no longer eats her own food but still tries to eat human food. She has been drinking water like normal and peeing like normal as well. Pet's info: Dog | Bullmastiff | Female | spayed | 150 lbs

Mane is experiencing very general symptoms of disease, these symptoms could fit almost any internal condition, maybe she is suffering from nausea due to a gastrointestinal disease and maybe he is in pain, from the symptoms described it's very hard to know. i would recommend taking her to the vet as soon as possible in order to get her checked, if she doesn't show any other obvious symptoms during the examination, a blood test and possibly an ultrasound will be needed in order to try and find out what is wrong with Mane.
