My cat ate elastic bands from trash and threw up. What should I do?

Hello Petco Pet Education Center. My cat Oscar got into the rubbish bin a couple of hours ago – we were unaware of this happening. He preceded to throw up in our house from it, and he bought up two elasticised bands (they're different to elastic bands, they have a covering on them of some fibre I can't identify) from the chicken baguettes we had a couple of nights ago. He seemed okay afterwards, however when giving him his dinner we heard what sounded like a crunching sound… (See attached images for the rest)

I am mainly concerned about the elasticised bands, they could cause severe intestinal adhesion and eventually blockage. if the symptoms continue in the next couple days i would recommend taking Oscar to the vet in order to get it checked and have an xray done.
