Hi my cat is acting weird he is hissing and crying and he just puked a bit ago and he even complain about his left paw

Hello, your cat may have an infection of his paw. Especially if he has been around other cats or is allowed to go outdoors, a bite from another cat can causes an abscess to form and thus pain related hissing and crying, in addition to a fever which may cause vomiting and lethargy. I would recommend having your veterinarian look at his left paw especially if it looks swollen or you see an discharge coming from it. Another possibility is that of an insect bite which may be causing the pain, the crying, and the vomiting. Best of luck and hope this helps.
