Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Male | neutered | 6 years and 7 months old | 8 lbs
My yorkie just vomited several times. At first it had good in it mixed with thickish white substance. After that there was no food, just the white and a little tan. We did not see him eat anything but he began vomiting soon after we got home. He is responsive to us, but seems a bit more tired than normal. Do we need to take him to the vet or monitor him for changes?

I'm sorry to hear Hansou isn't feeling well. I would wait a few hours and see what happens. Don't feed him again tonight but in 2-3 hours offer a small amount of water. If he keeps that down you can continue to offer small amounts of water until morning. If he hasn't vomited all night, offer 1/3 of her normal breakfast and wait an hour. If he vomits again, take him to a vet. They will probably want to check blood work and X-rays. Good luck and kisses to Hansou!
