Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 13.5 lbs
Hello, I've just changed my cat's food to Blackhawk Grain Free after trying various other foods - she is farting a lot - is it because I didn't change her diet slowly? I tried her on Ziwipeak and another brand but she didn't like either ... does she need to go on another food or to the diet? otherwise her mood is good

The most common cause of flatulence in a pet is dietary intolerance. It looks like the food you chose just doesn't fit well with her intestinal flora! If flatulence is the only change, and it is something you can tolerate, you do not necessarily need to change her food. But most people would decide to try out another food instead of having a stinky cat!
