My dog has a vaginal polyp showing. Is it a problem for puppy birth?

I guess it would depend on how big the polyp was to start with. A small polyp should have no problem moving out of the way and going back to its place after the puppy is born. If there is a very large polyp it could possibly obstruct the puppy from passing. If Heidi has not previously been diagnosed with vaginal polyp and she is currently in labor, I am concerned that you may actually be seeing a vaginal prolapse or other complication with pregnancy. If you can post a new question with more information on what she has been diagnosed with and a picture, I may be able to help more.
