Why is my bottle-fed puppy tensing when eating and not pooping?

My 2 and half weekold puppy tense up every time he eats and we have done lost his siblings he is being bottle fed and i have no clue what to do, i have never run into this problem with hand raiseing befor, its like hes sucking his tongue down his thort and i also ant been able to get him to poop today either and hes well hydrate and im worred if i cant get him to eat. If titan has not been examined yet by a veterinarian, I would definitely recommend to have this done. A vet should be able to perform a thorough examination of the throat and oral cavity to make sure there are known congenital abnormalities contributing to the problems you are running into. With regards to titan's bowel movements, you can certainly continue to manually massage the belly in order to encourage the movement of ingesta / milk. If there is any actual stoppage in the movement of material in the intestine, medications will be needed to resume normal function. Hope this helps.
