My kitten's butt bled after farting, but he's fine. Should I worry?

I have a 9 week old kitten. He is the run of the litter. No worms. Good health. He farted a little bit today and his butt was bleeding. It was watery and only a few drops. His behavior hasn't change. He can pee, eat, drink, play just fine, although he hasn't pooped yet. I'm thinking maybe he just ate too much dry food so it made his butt bleed a little when he pooped but I don't know. Any suggestions or advice?

If he was straining in any way it can rupture a blood vessel and cause some blood. It also can be a sign of an infection or him having trouble with the diet and he may need a new food. Since he is other wise healthy and acting normal, you can watch him for any vomiting or diarrhea. If the blood continued with diarrhea, then he needs to seen to see what is gong on.
