Why is my spayed female cat crying and pulling hair around other cats?

Ihave too male cat both have been fixed.when cats come around she crys and crys like crazy.also she is pulling her hair out. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed

The crying out is behavior that many cats exhibit and is a social behavior towards other cats. Friday is a product that is over the counter and may help calm the cats down.
