Pet's info: Small Animal | Rabbit | Female | unspayed | 3 lbs

My name is Janet and I have a rabbit named Skunk and she is about 3 years old dutch/lionhead mix. Skunk had babies about 1 month ago and she ate them and eversince she will not eat but she does drink her water and yesterday I was holding here like a baby and just out of no where she like jumps up but as she does this she stays on her back and lands on the other side of me. Any ideas of what could be wrong with her? Do I need to take her to the vet,if so about how much will it cost? Thank you!!!

Skunk needs to go to a rabbit vet asap. Not all veterinarians will treat rabbits but this may help you find one. http://www.aemv.org/index.php/find-an-aemv-vet She may have gastric stasis if not eating which can be painful and life threatening. Cost varies by location and individual clinic. Ask for a general estimate when you call to make her appointment. Good luck and I hope skunk recovers quickly.
