Chewing is a common behavior for puppies. Every time you play with him and he bites your hands, make sure to tell him no and give him something approvednto chew on and bite. Tug of war can lead to hand biting even if. It in purpose as they are just trying to win, so you may want to avoid that game. Make sure you rotate the toys out.. if they get the same toy all the time he will get bored and not want them anymore. When he is with you and chews on furniture you have to tell him no and replace it with an approved object. If you are not able to watch him, he needs to be in a kennel so he can't destroy anything or injury himself with chewing inappropriate objects. It does get better with age, so hang in there!!
