They have a condition known as conjunctivitis, which is common in young cats. This is usually caused by an infection. It's best to get them veterinary treatment soon, or these infections can get quite severe and they could even lose their eyes. They will need an antibiotic eye medication three times a day for 14 days in order to treat this. I hope this helps and they get better soon.

It sounds as Crooky is suffering from an eye infection, it is relatively common in kittens. you will need to take him to the vet the first chance you get, the vet will check the eyes, if it is indeed a simple eye infection your vet will prescribe an antibiotic eye drops that will probably solve the problem in no time.

Although a picture would help to determine specifically the underlying cause of it, that is likely to be due to a moderate conjunctivitis, probably secondary to a trauma or infection. A check up would be needed as appropriate treatment would include antibiotics and anti-inflammatory eye drops. Corneal injuries must be ruled out as well.
