Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 2 years and 11 months old | 90 lbs

What can I do to help my dog who has open bleeding blisters that have spread from the corner of his mouth on the right side of his face reaching in spots to his whisker area and now up into his ear and his right eye is also slightly red and swollen

I cannot pinpoint exactly what is going on but Bruno could have an ear infection with so much itching that he caused damage to his face. He could also be itchy following a bite from an insect or even a snake. I suggest you take him to the veterinarian as soon as you can. What you describe, does not sound comfortable at all for Bruno. Best wishes for a good recovery.
