4 month old standard poodle puppy is hyperactive, throwing up, can't sleep, cries when we leave and her stomach makes a lot of weird sounds. Pet's info: Dog | Poodle | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 28 days old | 10 lbs

I am sorry L is not feeling well. I would highly recommend taking her to a vet as soon as possible. In such a young dog it is important to have them looked at as soon as they start acting sick. IT is possible L has a parasites, gastric upset, or infection which is causing the vomiting and stomach noise. I would recommend a bland diet of boiled chicken and white rice in very small frequent portions. I would monitor her stool closely, you can look for parasites and diarrhea. I do really think L should see a vet due to multiple issues. Hope she feels better soon,
