I would recommend getting her to a vet as soon as possible. If she delivered puppies dead on friday morning and now it is saturday evening this is to long. I would recommend getting her to a vet now for an x-ray to count the number of puppies still remaining. An ultrasound to make sure they are still alive and not in stress and even bloodwork to make sure she does not need calcium supplementation to help with pushing. The vet can either give her oxytocin to help with contractions or might recommend a c-section. I hope that ronda roo is okay and you get some healthy puppies.

I am sorry to hear about this puppy and Pinky. Unfortunately there isn't really anything you can do at home to assess her remaining puppies but I would be concerned and she should be seen and evaluated as soon as possible to determine if the puppies are still alive and if she needs medication to help restart contractions or a c-section to remove the remaining puppies.
