My dog vomits daily, has diarrhea, ate plastic. Should I see a vet?

My pitbull who will be 2 in November has thrown up once a day for the past three days. There was a small piece of a squeeze plastic toy in it the first day. Today she has gotten diarrhea that was loose stool and watery. She is acting her normal self, active, playing, has an appetite. We did just start her on a new bag of the same food she's been having. does this sound like a need to go to the vet or just wait a day or two to see if it goes away? Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | spayed | 1 year and 9 months old | 53 lbs

If Granger has been vomiting daily and there was a toy in it, I recommend having a vet see her and take radiographs to rule out an obstruction in her intestinal tract. It is better to get this taken care of sooner because things can get worse inside the body causing more complications. Good luck and kisses to Granger!
