My dog had blocked anal glands. Are they blocked again? Should I see a vet?

Panda had very badly blocked anal glands 10 days ago he was stretching and bit top of tail he seems to be starting to scratch his belly more again he is on prednil every other day till Wednesday but I am wondering if his glands could be becoming blocked again if so do I need him checked by vet or monitor for a few days. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 10 months and 8 days old

If it bothers him again you should get it checked by your vet ASAP, Panda should also be on an antibiotic course otherwise there could be an infection there that is causing this blockage and it won't resolve without antibiotics.
