Why is my old Yorkie bleeding from his penis with a swollen testicle?

Yorkshire terrier male 18 years old.fit lively wet nose.Eating drinking urination defecation.stools all normal.t days ago noticed blood clotted on landing .couldnt see where it came from.one day later noticed it from penis.Took to vet couldnt find anything wrong except for one swollen very tight testacle..PERSCRIBED NOROCLAV 50MG TWICE DAILY.ONLY VERY SLIGHT TRACE OF BLOOD.NOT CONTINUOUSE ..ONLY 3 TABLETS ADMINISTERD SO FAR☺

It sounds like Harry is receiving good treatment for his problem. Make sure to finish the entire round of antibiotics to avoid creating a resistant bacteria. Often, testicular infections can recur so your vet may advise that Harry be neutered to prevent this infection again.
