Ice was hyper active in a worrying way, making a strange and deep noises, wars were lowered at the sides then he stood on his tips and body was raised. Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Male | unneutered | 1 year old

It sounds like Ice was going into a fighting stance. I suspect there was something, like another cat, coming into his territory. Be cautious when he is showing these behaviors because he could unknowingly lash out at you. It may help to have him neutered- that would decrease his hormone levels and be less likely to fight.
