I would like to see a video of it. Wondering how long this is going on. I would consider complete neuro exam and possibly bloodwork. Could she had ingested something she should not? Did you apply OTC flea medicine on her skin? Is she on meds post surgery ? What is her vaccination history? Please do not hesitate to repost with more details and a video if possible. Good luck with Willow.

Can you think of anything that Willow may have gotten into? There are a few toxic substances that can cause muscle tremors. It sounds like your vet did a thorough exam including looking into the ears. Possible causes of shaking the head include ear infection (bacteria or yeast), foreign body in the ear (like a grass seed or a tick), itching caused by fleas, allergies, etc. I would continue the medications that your vet prescribed. If she is still shaking her head in 48 hours, or if additional symptoms develop (like vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, etc) I recommend that Willow follow-up with your vet.
