Hi my pet bubbles is about 4 months old. She was recently diagnosed with HGE and tick fever. We gave her medicines and she was fine (they are still going on) but over the last 3 days she has been experiencing severe pain. I don't know where the pain is. Sometimes she howls in pain and sometimes she doesn't. She is unable to get up or lie down comfortably. She can't even lower her head to eat food without crying out in pain. What could it be?

I'm sorry to hear that this is going on with Bubbles. I would assume that the pain and discomfort she is having is related to the other two diseases you are currently treating. She could be having some abdominal pain from the HGE. Tick borne diseases can cause joint pain and inflammation so this also may be what is making her uncomfortable. I would recommend calling your vet and describing the symptoms of pain. They may be able to have you come pick up a pain medication for Bubbles or they may want to do a recheck to ensure nothing else is going on. I hope Bubbles gets back to feeling like herself soon! Best of luck.
