I am very sorry to hear that Shipi is experiencing these problems, I am sure it is very unsettling for you both. There are a number of potential causes of such clinical signs, including dietary indiscretion, forgein body obstruction, pancreatitis, parasite infestation, infection, and ingestion of a toxin or poison. Because you have only noticed these signs over the course of a few hours I would continue to monitor Shipi at home. The foamy clear vomit you noticed is most likely the final contents of Shipi's empty stomach; bile and stomach acids. It's not anything to be worried about. This morning the vomit your decribed sounds like undigested food. The noises are most likely Shipi swallowing excess saliva. This is common when a dog feels nauseous. If you however suspect a forgwin body trapped in her gastrointestinal tract she needs to see a vet immediately. She would be in pain, restless, biting or looking at her abdomen, not passing feces or having diarrhoea. Rest Shipi's gastrointestinal tract by holding back food for a few hours. Then you can continue with a bland and easily digested food of the boiled chicken breast and white rice diet and provide plenty of fresh water. If Shipi does not improve by this evening, has profuse vomiting or diarrhoea, you notice fresh blood, Shipi seems lethargic, in pain or depressed I would advise a trip to the veterinarian immediately. I hope that answer was helpful and more importantly that Shipi feels better soon. Warmest regards to you both.
