Why is my hen breathing with an open mouth, not eating, and has mucus?

My Hen is not eating anything, mucus is coming out from his mouth, breathing by opening his mouth.

It sounds like your hen might have a problem with her lungs. Open-mouthed breathing indicates that Chotu is having difficulty breathing. This can be caused by multiple reasons - parasites, bacteria, and fungus can all cause respiratory problems in chickens. She really needs to be seen by a veterinarian for diagnosis and treatment as there is nothing that you can safely give her at home. This may include antibiotics or antiparasitics. In the meantime, keep her warm and quiet. Placing her in a small room (like a bathroom) and running hot water might help her breathe a bit better. Good luck, and I hope Chotu gets well soon.
