My dog just went to a kennel for four days This was only his second time ever at a kennel Last time he came home and his nose was red looked like it was from Him trying to push through a fence It healed up. But now he came home and on one side of his mouth there is a bump. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | 3 years and 6 months old | 160 lbs

It looks like it could have been from the same type of issue of trying to push through the fence. It does look particularly infected or severely inflamed. You can monitor it for a few days. If it does not improve on its own, have him evaluated by your veterinarian to ensure there is not an underlying infectious cause that would warrant the use of antibiotics.
