Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Male | neutered | 8 years and 7 months old | 4 lbs
I have a small 4 lb Maltise. He has always had a small nasal passage. He is 8 years old and is now getting sinus infections often. Going in to get antibiotics is getting expensive is there anything i can do at home to help not only prevent but treat.

I'm sorry to hear Cooper isn't feeling well. If he is having recurrent infections there may be a source of the problem in his nasal passages. This could be a growth, a foreign body, or an infected tooth. I recommend discussing a sedated oral exam and possible skull radiographs with your vet. They may need to refer you for an endoscopy into his upper airways. Good luck and kisses to Cooper!
