My dog has a weird white bullseye mark on her paw. What could it be?

my dog has a weird thing on her paw. looks like a white round worm with a dot in the middle, like a bullseye target.

Hello and thank you for your question about Max. There are several different possible causes for the lesion you are seeing. Max could have gotten a wound that became inflammed on top of his foot. He could have had an insect bite in that area with an inflammatory reaction. Another possibility could be ringworm (which is actually a fungal infection). Yet another possibility would be a bacterial infection in the skin.
