Is it okay for my unneutered male cat to mate with my spayed female?

I have a spayed female cat and an unneutered male cat will it b ok for him to mate with her when he desires it or will she reject or hit him if he approaches her?

She will probably not let him come around her. A male cats penis has little barbs or spines on it so it won't be comfortable for her to let him mate her. Male cats can also spray their urine to mark their territory which is very smelly. I would recommend having him neutered. Good luck and kisses to both!

    When a female cat is spayed, she will have no desire to mate and will not allow your male to mate with her. It is not ok to allow him to try to mate with her, and I would have him neutered to prevent that behavior from occurring.

    It is less likely that Sufi will want to mate with your spayed cat because she will not be going into estrus. Female cats are only receptive to males when they are in heat, so if, for some reason, he does try to mate with her, she will likely not be OK with it and chase him off.
