Our bishon boy have like an ulcer inside his penis and have discharges with blood. Giving presvribed antibiotics from saturday but not getting better. Pet's info: Dog | Bichon Frise | Male | unneutered | 3 years and 2 months old

There can be several causes for what you have shown in the picture, including infection, cancer, bleeding/clotting disorder, trauma, or foreign body (something stuck in the pouch between the skin and penis that is rubbing). If the antibiotics that your vet described several days ago have not made any difference, then I recommend that you take Hugas in for a recheck examination. It may be that the bacteria did not respond to that particular antibiotic, or that the problem is not caused by bacteria and another treatment should be discussed.
