My cat just randomly pooped on the floor and threw up out of nowhere. Should I be concerned? She was doing just fine beforehand and seems to be doing well right now. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Female | spayed | 4 years and 2 months old | 14.5 lbs

If it was an isolated incident and she's not acting sick otherwise, I would just monitor her closely. If she does continue vomiting or develops diarrhea, lethargy or poor appetite, I would be concerned and would take her to your family veterinarian for an examination.
